Perspective Home Care's Mission

PHCA MISSION & GOALS - Our Mission is to bring exceptional home care into the patient’s home, allowing them to recover in the comfort of their own home. The familiarity of their home filled with personal pictures and mementos, gives them a feeling of being in control of their own space, which will allow the patient to thrive and maintain a positive mental outlook, which is paramount in patient care. PHCA is about caring for the wellbeing of the patient, in a holistic setting.  

PHC Services - PHCA Provides Hourly Care, Visits, or 24hr Live-in Care (2-12hr shifts)  

Companion Care: Preparing meals, doing dishes, laundry care, shopping, errands, companionship, and friendship.

Medical Care: Wound Care, Injections, Medication, Monitoring Health Conditions, Assist with Medical Equipment.

Personal Care: Bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, transfers, ambulation, Alzheimer’s/Dementia care

Management and Organization - PHCA is operated by Medical Professionals who believe that patients thrive much better in their own familiar space. Home is where the healing begins.
